A basic method for determination of moisture content, measure moisture percentage by weight and drying simultaneously. Infra Red radiation are reflected by a bulb and its temperature is controlled by a regulator. The balance scale is divided in terms of moisture content on net weight basis.

AIM's Moisture Balance AIM-204D determines the moisture content of a wide range of materials by the dry and weigh method. In a significant improvement over heat lamps, the AIM-204D uses a unique IR RODS for faster heating. It has an in built software that controls the rate of heating. It has an in built software that controls the rate of heating and does all the calculations that are relevant on wet basis or dry basis.
